Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the SPV Services Android application, API, merchant dashboard, and related web services. By creating an account or using SPV Services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Description of Service
SPV Services is a payment verification platform for merchants who accept bKash, Nagad, and Rocket "Send Money" payments to a personal number, without a formal merchant API from those providers. The SPV Android app reads incoming payment confirmation SMS on the merchant's device and exposes a verified payment status through an API and dashboard.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use SPV Services.
- You must provide accurate registration information and complete KYC identity verification before your account can process live transactions.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys confidential and secure.
- One merchant account may be used per registered business or individual seller.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use SPV Services for any illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering, or the sale of prohibited goods or services.
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the SMS verification, KYC, or API security mechanisms.
- Share, resell, or sublicense your API key or account access to unrelated third parties.
- Submit false or manipulated KYC documents or payment SMS data.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape any part of the SPV Services app, dashboard, or API beyond documented usage.
4. Subscriptions & Payment
- SPV Services offers a free trial after KYC approval, followed by paid Pro and Max subscription plans with defined transaction limits.
- Subscriptions are prepaid for the selected billing period and are non-refundable once activated, except where required by law.
- When you upgrade a plan, any remaining prepaid days carry forward into the new plan.
- If you reach your plan's transaction limit, new payment intents are paused until you upgrade or your subscription renews.
- If a subscription is not renewed, service ends at the expiry of the current billing period.
5. Merchant Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for fulfilling orders you mark or receive as "verified" through SPV Services.
- You must keep the registered device powered on with SMS and network access for payment monitoring to function.
- You must ensure the personal bKash, Nagad, and Rocket numbers you register are lawfully yours to use for accepting business payments.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the amount and order data you submit when creating a payment intent.
6. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable, continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. SMS-based verification depends on factors outside our control, including network carriers, device performance, and provider SMS formats. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by such factors.
7. Suspension & Termination
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail KYC verification, or are used for fraudulent activity.
- You may stop using SPV Services and request account deletion at any time by contacting support.
- Upon termination, outstanding prepaid subscription time is not refunded except where required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
SPV Services is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPV Services and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost sales, arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of SPV Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
